This is a picture of my oldest daughter, Madison, who was 3 years old in this picture when I had taught her what a commission/allowance is. She has 3 JARS to put her earned money in:
JAR 1 - TOYS , JAR 2 - TITHE/GIVING , & JAR 3 - SAVINGS
She bought a Barbie car for her first toy with her earned income and was so excited to go to the store with me to spend her money. Madison knows that when she helps her mom around the house, she gets paid....and my wife loves the extra help with the house chores too!
